Amigour Property Management Ltd. is a subsidiary of the Jewish Agency for the Land of Israel, and is, among other things, an executive arm of the Jewish Agency and government ministries.
Within the framework of the services provided by Amigour, it serves, among other things, as a public housing company, a housing company that manages a registry of purchasers' rights in properties that have not yet been registered in the Land Register, a management company for the implementation of national projects, and more.
Within the framework of and for the purpose of providing the services by Amigour, it collects, processes, uses, stores and shares information in accordance with the law.
Amigour sees great importance in maintaining the privacy of its tenants, customers and all users of its services (including its website and online systems), who are registered in its digital systems, and it operates in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741 - 1981, and the regulations enacted by its virtue, and takes many measures and efforts to protect information and privacy.
Amigour reserves the right to change and update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on Amigour's website.
This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine gender for convenience only, and it applies equally to both genders.
Type of Information Collected
- Identification Details – Full name, ID card and other identification numbers (such as company number), date of birth, residential address, email address, telephone number.
- Financial Information – Bank account number, place of employment, income level, debt details and arrangements, debts in the execution office and insolvency proceedings, court orders, pledges and liens, data provided by the authorized authorities.
- Medical Information – Medical documents including medical opinions, information about disability.
- Socio-economic information - Bank account number, place of employment, income level, debt details and arrangements, data provided by the authorized authorities, number of children and their details, marital status, social opinions.
- Information received from Amigour customers, service providers and applicants - including documentation of inquiries to Amigour and photocopies and documents provided by them.
- Technological information - IP address of the end device used to access the website, browser type, operating system type, end device type, device identifiers (Device ID), service usage data (duration of time on the website, pages viewed, actions performed), geographical location data to the extent that the user has activated permission for this.
Method of Collecting Information
- Information provided voluntarily, including details of customer service inquiries or online forms, submission of documents, uploading files (such as certificates, identification documents, contracts), photographs or documents sent to Amigour's digital systems.
- Information received from third parties – such as government ministries and authorities.

Information Storage
The information is stored in the databases of Amigour, at its own premises or through authorized service providers on its behalf. It should be emphasized that Amigour is not responsible for incorrect or outdated information provided by customers or third parties.
Information Security
Amigour employs appropriate information security measures and complies with the Information and Cyber Security (ISO) standards issued by the Standards Institute of Israel – ISO/IEC 27001 - Information Security Management System, and ISO 27799:2016 - Protection of Personal Medical Information. To secure information, Amigour uses advanced technological and organizational protection measures, including:

- Data encryption.
- Regular backups.
- Access controls and permissions by role.

Use of Artificial Intelligence
Providing information to Amigour constitutes confirmation and consent that the company may use artificial intelligence–based processes — including, but not limited to, generative AI, digital and voice AI agents, advanced analytics tools, and machine learning — for Amigour’s permitted purposes. These include management, service, and communication with the company’s customers and service providers, as well as in accordance with any legal requirements or the data subject’s authorization, including statistical and business purposes such as enhancing and improving Amigour’s processes.
Transfer of information to third parties
Personal information will not be transferred to third parties, except for the purpose of realizing the purposes permitted to Amigour or in accordance with the provisions of any law or in accordance with the authorization of the data subject, including:
- Transfer of information to government ministries for the purpose of providing services by Amigour, including examining the entitlements of Amigour’s customers.
- For the purpose of providing services by service providers on behalf of Amigour (such as maintenance contractors).
- By virtue of a request from an authorized authority according to law.
- With the prior consent of the user.
Right to Review and Correct Information
In accordance with and subject to the law, you may contact Amigour's Privacy Protection Officer- Adv. Shay Kagan, via email at dpo@amigour.co.il and request to review information about the applicant stored in Amigour's databases.
If the applicant discovers that the information held about him is incorrect, he has the right to request its correction or deletion, subject to the provisions of the law.
