Get Involved

In its quest to provide suitable housing and quality of life enhancements for Israel’s population of needy elderly, Amigour seeks the active involvement of its kind benefactors.

Here are some of the ways that you can get involved:

Spread the Word

Many Jews living abroad are unaware of the plight of Israel’s elderly, that 30,000 are on a waiting list for suitable housing, or the fact that scores of aging holocaust survivors and new immigrants from the former Soviet Union lack the wherewithal to pay high rental prices.

Active members of Jewish communities everywhere can make a big difference by reaching out to their friends and neighbors at community centers and synagogues and spread the word about Amigour’s ongoing building and renovation projects, as well as its wide-ranging quality of life activities.

Join the Amigour Family

Join us by donating to Amigour in honor of a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, birthday, wedding or anniversary or by commemorating the memory of a loved one.

Building and Renovation

Amigour is dedicated to restoring the dignity of Israel’s elderly by constructing new, affordable housing and by renovating existing buildings, as well as internal renovations of living quarters, lobbies, club rooms and the like.

We need your support for these crucial projects.
