Self Expression at Amigour

Amigour is proud to share the remarkable artistic talent of Galina, an 81-year-old resident of Amigour’s "Granit - Shimshon" Home for the Elderly in Beersheba, who recently held a personal art exhibition within the Home.
Galina, originally from the former Soviet Union, has been painting for many years—expressing herself through color, texture, and deeply emotional imagery. Her works reflect themes of memory, nature, inner peace, and resilience—qualities she carries with quiet strength in her daily life.
Everyone gathered for the exhibition opening, where Galina stood proudly beside her collection. Her pieces drew admiration not only for their beauty, but also for the heartfelt stories behind them. With each brushstroke, Galina reminds us that creativity knows no boundaries—and certainly no age limit.
Galina lovingly shares her beautiful artwork as heartfelt gifts to her friends at the Home.
At Amigour, we believe in celebrating the individuality and talents of every resident. Galina’s art is a powerful example of how self-expression and culture continue to enrich life at every stage.
